Tomorrow marks the official “Day 1” of the 45-day Pivot Nutrition Challenge. Each week will have “weekly goals” set toward what we are prioritizing regarding nutrition but ultimately, everything you do moving forward leads you one step closer to your goals for this challenge and toward the finish line.
Week 1 Notes:

-daily bodyweight (or as frequent as possible but keep time/routine consistent)
-macros (via MyFitnessPal, other apps, or manually)
