We are practicing toes to bar today!

• Drills (Begginer - Advanced)

  • Working on being snappy, learning to string together toes to bar, building muscle endurance in your toes to bar


• 15 min EMOM (Beginner)

Min 1: 5-10 V-Ups

Min 2: 5-12 kips

Min 3: 5-8 leg raises

• 15 min EMOM (Advanced)

Min 1: 7-12 Toes to Bar

Min 2: 8-10 leg raises

Min 3: rest


• Goal is to find where your weaknesses is in your toes to bar (strength, endurance, flexibility) and work towards that. Every movement can be modified or tailored to what YOU need to get better.
