Barbell Booty Workout

3 Rounds (weight should be light) & BB must be picked up from the ground NO rack!!!

-20 Front Squats 75/55

-20 “Narrow Grip” Bench Floor Press From Floor (sitting on floor Roll bar over your legs to pick it up for the floor press) * Grip should be Narrow & not in your normal bench pressing grip on these! Targeting the Triceps

-20 Front Rack Reverse Lunges


After you've completed all 3 Rounds above…. Then you can rest 2:00

Then go right into……


3 Rounds-Use same Bar but **Add weight 135/95lbs

18 Sumo Deadlifts

18 Burpees to a 45lb Plate

18 Jumping Switch Lunges



Finish with Banded Glute Work

3 Rounds of…..

20 Fire Hydrants Each Leg


15 Right Leg Bulgarian Split Squats (No Weight) go right into a :10 second hold in the bottom of that split squat AFTER you’ve completed 15 singles down/up first


15 Left Leg Bulgarian Split Squats (No Weight) go right into a :15 second hold in the bottom of that split squat AFTER you’ve completed 15 singles down/up first


Rest 1:00 in between each round!


Strech everything!
