• 18 min EMOM (every 3 mins)

  • 1 min of dub practice or 35 dubs

  • 200m run

  • Rest remaining of the 3 mins


*Giving you lots of time to work specifically on dubs or if you have dubs increase your endurance of how many you can hold on to.
