  1. KB standing alt rows

  2. ladders quick feet

  3. tricep kick backs

  4. KB swings

  5. Barbell snatches sub for DB

  6. forwarded sled drags with rip 60 bands outside. (Put the black extensions on the bands so there’s enough length)

Pick a weight that you find your failure point within your two sets.
