Circuit:

2 people per station

2 sets 2 laps

  1. sleds Push Pull

  2. KB upright rows

  3. pistol squats use Rip 60 bands if needed

  4. Dips (box,matador, rings)

  5. 1- 200m wall ball carry sprint.
