We will be working on:
Wrapping your feet
Jumping and maximizing your pull
Getting your feet close to your hands
controlled and effective descends
*This class is meant to help you get better at the skills that you might usually scale/modify in a work out. This 45 minutes is dedicated to helping you learn and feel confident in these movements the next time they are in a work out. Please let us know if there are any specific skills you want to see next week!
