Power Snatch

  • 3 touch and go reps

*Every 1:30min x 8 sets

*Goal here is to work on technique NOT strength.


Work Out:

5 Rounds

3 mins on 3 mins off

  • 18/12 cals (preferably bike 😊.... )

  • 100 single unders

  • Max snatches for the remaining time

*Rx+ 40 Double Unders

*Snatches should be light no more than (95/65)
