4. 15 straddle leg raises


Finish with Banded work

3 Rounds

15 each leg standing banded leg raises (Band below knees)

15 Banded clam shells Right side (band above knees)

15 Banded Clam shells left side

15 Banded Press Outs (put around wrists)

Rest in between each set !
