Pause Back Squats (Start at 65% of 1 rep)

4 x 6

*each rep needs to be held 2 seconds in the bottom of your squat!

-Complete 3 squat jumps as high as possible after each set of pause back squats!

:30 sec Banded Lateral Squat taps Right side

:30 sec Banded Lateral Squat taps Left side

:30 sec plank leg lifts Right leg

:30 sec plank leg lifts Left side


Rest 1-2min and Repeat
