3 Rounds For Time: 

800 Meter Team Run (45/35) 

10 Strict Pull ups (Each)

12 Thrusters (Each) 

Barbell: (135/95) 

* Time Cap: 30 Minutes 

* Run 800 together, splitting who is carrying weight as you'd like 

* Run with single (45/35) plate 

* Each athlete completes strict pull ups + 12 thrusters


Bonus- Pull Day

1. 5 Sets x 5 Reps

BB Deadlift (build each set)

2. 4 Sets x 12 Reps

BB Bicep Curl

3. 3 Sets x 8 Reps
