Testing day! Starting off figuring out 1RM push press/Jerk press. Record your weight in the comment section!
Pivot Bench marks.. Where we figure out a baseline from a set of movements and grow from there. Your competition is you. 3 athletes at a time, you will have a white board/score sheet to record your numbers after each movement. From start to finish it’s 14 min long. Give it all you have. Heats will go after another separated by 2 min apart. Running timer 1 min work 1 min rest.
