For Time (with a Partner):

2 Rounds

DT:

12 Deadlifts (155/105 lb)

9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lb)

6 Push Jerks (155/105 lb)


Then,

7 rounds of:

15 Pull ups

15 Thrusters (135/95 |b)

15 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lb)


Then,

400 meter Run with a plate (together, both partners carry a plate (45/25 |b))


With a running clock, perform the DT’s, (you go I go) then move immediately to 7 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written, then finish with the weighted Run.

Complete all of the work as fast as possible ("For Time").

Partition the work between partners as needed, except for the Run. One partner works at a time ("you go, I go" style), except on the run.

Score is the time on the clock when the Run
