build for 3 then maintain weight for 3


Modifications:

- Reduce Reps

- Hang Power Snatches

- Sub Dumbbell(s)


For Time

3 Rnds

  • 20 Pull-Ups

  • 20 Wall Ball Shots

  • 20 Sit-Ups

  • 20 DB Snatches Alternating


  • Perform every two minutes: 5 Burpees
