- Conditioning: Sprinty Threshold. Athletes should move at their maximal sustainable pace. This should be more aggressive than usual. 

- Barbell/Dumbbell Loading: Light enough to hold on for unbroken sets.

Goal: Finish under 20min

Score: Time finished/rounds+reps+time
