Circuit:

2 lanes

1 Lower body w/ core

1 upper body w/ core

35:20 2 sets 2 laps each lane

Finish the 2 laps per lane then go to the next.


Lane 1 : Lower body

  1. Bulgarian split squats

  2. Hamstring Curls on wall balls

  3. Sprinter toe touch crunches


Lane 2 : Upper body

  1. Rig Bench OH tricep extensions

  2. DB Incline Chest flys on wall balls

  3. Ab rollers
