Mixture of upper, lower and cardio movements.


  • 12 BB Push Presses 115/75

  • 10 BB Single leg DL

  • 10 Strict pull ups

  • 5 rounds of 10 mtn climbers 2 push ups

  • 1 min plank side to side dips
