2 Rounds:

1:00 Pigeon Pose Per Side

1:00 Child Pose on Box

1:00 Couch Stretch Per Side

1:00 Standing Straddle Stretch

1:00 Twisted Cross Per Side

• Take long, deep inhales & exhales throughout


On the Minute x 15:

5 x 3 Deadlifts @ 80%

5 x 2 Deadlifts @ 85%

5 x 1 Deadlift @ 90%

STIMULUS

  • Athletes will complete 5 sets of 3, 5 sets of 2, and 5 sets of 1 deadlifts. Each one of these sets will happen on the minute.

  • Score: Enter the loading of the last set only.


On the 2:00 x 5 Sets:

5 Strict Press

*Start First Working Set at 60% & Build To Heavy

1 min rest

+10 reps if fininished and 1min+ remains

40 DB Box step ups

50 DB Renegade Rows
