Thursday PVF: Strength EMOM

EMOM for 10 minutes

Odd Minutes:

5 Bench Presses (65% of 1RM)

Even Minutes:

8 Hand Release Push-Ups

For the bench presses, use the weight that is 65% of your 1-rep-max.


EMOM

 30min

Coaches (if needed take a 2 min break after the 3rd lap.)

Equals 5 laps around all movements

Mixture of upper, lower and cardio movements.


  • 15 BB Bentover rows 115/65

  • 10 each side Kossack Squats

  • 20 Ab mat sit-ups

  • 15 DB push-press

  • 200 m run scale distance if needed

  • 1 min rest
