Tuesday Comp Class

We are starting our 4 week GYMNASTICS CYCLE! Monday we worked on our handstand walks. Tomorrow we will be working on rope climbs!


WOD:

-3 Rounds

  • 1000m Row

  • 30 DB Snatches

  • 20/15 cal Bike

*Time cap 28mins


ACCESSORY

-2 sets

  • 2 rope climbs or 1 leg less rope climb

  • 1 round shoulder maintenance

-10 banded pull aparts

-10 front raises

-10 lateral raises

-10 Ws

-10 scap push ups

*1 - 2 min rest in between sets

*don't forget to bring long socks pants or something to protect your shin for the rope.
