20 Minute AMRAP:

500/450m Row or 425/375m Ski Erg/200m run

30 Double Unders /60 singles (or 1 Min DU Practice)

15/12 Cal Echo Bike or 15 Box overs

1 Min Rest


3) After Party

2-3 Giant Sets:

10 Dumbbell Skull Crushers

10 Dumbbell Roll Backs

20 Close Grip Dumbbell Bench Press
