Back Squat 15 min

On the 2:00 x 5 Sets:

1 Back Squat

*inbetween each set 5 strict pull-ups

Option: Weighted strict sets of 3.

*Use The Same Weight Across

Athletes should aim to complete all sets at 90-100% of their 1RM

Use 3 sets building to working weight.


"Poker Face" 20 min

Bigger classes: Go in heats to make a fun atmosphere.
