-10 Back Squats To a bench

2 Rounds

-50 Banded Lateral Leg Raises

-50 Bulgarian Split Squat (No weight)

-50 Sumo squat pulses w/35lb DB

Rest 2:00 in between rounds



3 Rounds 25 Reps each Round

-5 reverse Burpees + 5 jump squats + 5 Right Lateral Lunge + 5 Left Lateral Lunge + 5 cals standing on bike

-Goal here is everything must be unbroken! Go right into each move with No stopping or breaks!

Rest 1:00 in between Rounds
