Deadlifts

Every 2:30 x 5

-5 Deadlifts (build each round)

-2 seated broad jumps in between each set of deadlifts!



Booty work:

3 Rounds Complete :

  • 8 seated DB deadlifts

  • 30 seconds monster walks each direction (:30 sec each side)

  • Bike 15 calories

  • 6 Bulgarian split squats 35lb DB (6 each leg)

  • 15 butterfly sit ups


Rest 2:30 in between each round
