(Example: 15 Hip thrust right into 15 Abductors, 14 hip thrusts into 14 abductors, 13 hip thrusts into 13 abductors then 35 Dubs or 70 singles + :20 sec plank hold) All of the way down until 1
**After every 3 sets Complete 35 Dubs or 80 singles into :20 sec plank hold
