30 sec each of:

Child’s Pose

Shoulder to Floor R/L    

Wrist Stretches  

Kneeling Front Rack Stretch

Down Dog  

Couch Stretch (Each Side)

Pigeon Pose (Each Side)      

Frog Stretch

Straddle Stretch

Partner Circuit

  • 1 person will be doing the work while the other is in a hold time under tension position.

  • If the parter breaks the hold the parter doing the work stops until the gold continues.

  • Switch positions when the work/reps are complete.

  • AMRAP- Score total amount of rounds reps complete. Between both partners.

  1. 15/12 Rower - KB under chin upright hold 55/35

  2. 8 Devil presses 35/20 - wall sits

  3. 10 Box Jumps 24/20 - chin up hold

  4. 4 Sled pushes 4/3plates each end is 1 rep- low plank
