On the 2:00 x 6 Sets:

Set 1: 9 Deadlifts @ 50%

Set 2: 6 Deadlifts @ 60%

Set 3: 3 Deadlifts @ 70%

Set 4: 9 Deadlifts @ 70%

Set 5: 6 Deadlifts @ 75%

Set 6: 3 Deadlifts @ 85%



4 Rounds (with a Partner) for Time

  • 30 Weighted Sit-Ups (25/15 lb)

  • 30 Deadlifts (185/125 lb)

  • 30 Box Jumps

  • 30 Handstand Push-ups

  • Non-working partner must be in Plank Hold (off forearms) for working partner to accumulate reps.

Partition reps between partners as needed.
