On the 2:00 x 3 Sets: 

3 Bench Press building to 85%

On the 2:00 x 3 Sets: 

1 Bench Press - max weight


2 Rounds (with a Partner) for Time

You go I go: Each partner completes the given reps but can switch off as much as needed. Can't move on to the next movement until both partners are done with the reps.

Example partner A completes 22 pull-ups then partner B completes 22 pull-ups


2 Rounds:

30 Pull-Ups

200 meter run - together

30 Push Press 95/65

200 meter run - together

30 Burpees

200 meter run- together

30 V-Ups

200 meter run - together
