Workout
Power cleans
On the 2:00 x 5 Sets:
8 Power cleans
Start First Set at 60% & Build
Partner WOD:
Equipment Needed: Barbell, Weights, Kettlebell or Dumbbell
4 rounds:
10 cleans
10 front squats
30 sit-ups
Instructions:
1. Set up a barbell RX 95/65 +115/75
2. Partner A starts with the barbell and performs 10 cleans.
3. While Partner A is performing the cleans, Partner B completes 10 Front Squats.
4. Once Partner A completes the cleans, they switch with Partner B who performs 10 cleans while Partner A completes 10 Front squats.
5. After both partners complete the cleans and Front Squats they move on to the Ab challenge.
6. Partners perform 30 Sit-ups.
7. Partners continue alternating between cleans, Front squats and sit-ups until they reach a total of:
- 40 cleans
- 40 Front squats
- 120 air squats
