On the 2:00 x 5 Sets: 3 Back Squats*

Start First Working Set at 60% & Build To Heavy


With or without a partner for time

You go I go break up the work however you want: (you're not splitting the work each partner does the reps)

For Time

  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

  • Hang power cleans (95/65 lb)

  • Box Jumps (24/20 in)

  • Push-Ups option sit-ups

  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (95/65 lb)
