-2nd week of the 4 week cycle into our Strength Progression with bench press power cleans and front squats.

Falling back into our Monday, Wednesday, Friday sequence. We are rolling with 85% this week.

So more weight less Reps.

This week Homework would love to see more scores being entered on the app and make sure you check into classes!

Monday: two circuits, one upper and one lower body

Thursday Fullbody Emom

Friday full body circuit.

Saturday: Pump Class


Strength movements:

Monday: Bench Press

Tuesday: Strict pull-ups / Bent-over Rows

Wednesday: Power Cleans

Thursday : Sled Drags w/Back Squats

Friday: Front Squats

Saturday: TBD
