This week for our strength cycle we are working up to our heavy single and it should be just that.
It’s not how much we can possibly lift. It should be clean it should be pretty, It is a 1 rep max but we don’t go past technical failure.
For our conditioning..We will be combining Cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight into the workouts four hour Meton’s pieces this week. Great week ahead, Let’s GO!
PVF workouts on:
Monday: two circuits, one upper and one lower body
Thursday Fullbody Emom
Friday full body circuit.
Saturday: WOD
Strength movements:
Monday: Bench Press
Tuesday: Back Squats
Wednesday: Power Cleans
Thursday : Jerk Press
Friday: Front Squats
Saturday: WOD
