Overhead press, deadlifts and back squats, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
What it means for your true 20 that means go to your technical failure. So pretty reps, not eking out every possible pound. For those Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays for PVX there will be shorter metcons after the strength movement.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are big workout days 40 minute workouts. Hero workout on the Fourth of July “Glenn”. And another hero workout on Saturday called “Tillman”. Huge weak let’s go!
