Service Description

Every Wednesday evening from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. This course is focused on gym fundamentals, learning proper technique and how to safely move in the gym. Each day is a metabolic strength training circuit. Proper gym attire is required. Workout clothes, clean shoes, water bottle isn’t required but recommended.
