Bench back flys (chest facing incline bench)

Elevated front foot lunges (place front foot on 45lb plate static Lunge. Switch legs each set.)

Rip 60 pull ups

KB/DB DL (grab heavier DB’s)

Kb press iso hold (iso hold with one arm extended) switch arms for each set.
