  • 5 Deadlifts

  • 3 Power Cleans

  • 2 Front Squats

  • 1 Split Jerk

Rest 1 min between rounds

Start light build to heavy.

Or pick a weight and maintain.


EMOM

25 min

Coaches (if needed take a 2 min break after the 3rd lap.)

Equals 5 laps around all movements

Mixture of upper, lower and cardio movements.


  • Bike 12/10 cals

  • 8 box step overs 50/35

  • 15 DB Bentover rows

  • 10 DB Thrusters 50/35

  • 1 min plank

  • 1 min rest
