Today we hit a heavy 4 RM inclineBench press. option for 4. Just like how we did the back squats on Tuesday.

EMOM x8 1:30.

You will be decreasing 2 reps every other round.

Ex.

5-6, 6 reps

7-8, 4 reps.

Option 5-8 6reps

10 vent over rows
