Bench Press

On the 2:00 x 6 Sets: 

8 Bench Press 

Start First Set at 40% & Build 

"Lowes"

AMRAP 10: 

4-8-12-16...

Kettlebell or Dumbell Goblet Lunges 

DB Hang Snatches option: Kettlebell Swings (53/35) 

Box Jumps (24"/20") 

Dumbell/Kettlebell: (50/35)


Partner Version:

AMRAP 10: 

4-8-12-16...

Parter A: Kettlebell or Dumbell Goblet Lunges :

Partner B: DB Hang Snatches option: Kettlebell Swings (53/35) 

Partners switch: A goes to B and B goes to A.

Then both partners together preform the Box Jumps.

Box Jumps (24"/20") : Together


* can't move to the box jumps until both partners have completed A and B.


After Party 

3 Sets 

15 Medball sit ups 

20 Medball Overhead slams 

Use GHD for sit ups if you have access
