This week Programing
We are in our true 20s now for a couple of the lifts this week benchpress and front squat With sumo deadlifts and hang power cleans with half of those reps. So this week increasing the weight so better from what we did last week. 15 minute workouts on Monday, Wednesday Friday. With the longer workouts, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. we also have the benchmark workout this week called fast break. get ready great week ahead!
