Service Description

Pivot’s Youth Training programs don’t just enhance performance, they also build confidence and improve self-esteem in boys and girls. The classes include learning the foundations for coordination and athleticism. incorporates athletic movements and begins to emphasize power and speed as well as age-appropriate weight-lifting. We work hard to make sure our classes are inclusive, professional, and fun for all our athletes, regardless of background or abilities/sports experience.
