We are about to complete our 6Mos. squat Cycle! So today we will be challenging our squats and getting closer to our 1 rep Max back squat!

*If you don’t know your 1 rep BS or you haven’t been doing our Back Squat Cycle, you can still work up to a Heavy’ish Back Squat today with us!!
